JOSEPH P DJ
Giuseppe Santillo aka Joseph P, was born the 16/01/1991.(Italy)
Since a teenager, he gets in touch with Techno and Tech House music, thanks to the place and context where he lives,
Naples and surroundings,and he starts to learn how mix it.
When he was 14 years old, he wants to share his passion with people around him, so he joined a little staff
which sees him as the protagonist in private parties.
Grown up in a humble family, he didn't have the possibilities to buy the necessary equipment to cultivate his passion,
so the friends of his staff gave him a mixer, the headphones and two record player.
Doing so, 2 years later, Joseph with some nationally known Deejays, as Ela Gee, Missy Jay, Anna Stefani,
opens the way to his early successes in local clubs, playing his music.
Afterwards, he leaves his land and moves to Milan, where he plays different times in a famous club called Le Banque, near the Dom in the city centre.
Here, he begins to be known thanks to his sets, and thanks to his spontaneity to involve the public who listened to him, he was ingaged by some
organisations of the national territory to play in several after parties, for examples, after the party of Francois K. of 12 hours, at the Hippodrome of the Garigliano.
Furthermore, in Milan, he knows K.o.S., a famous electro music Dj producer of the 80' years, with whom he collaborates for the new
opening of their web radio and their own record label.
Giuseppe Santillo aka Joseph P, nasce a Benevento il 16/01, classe 1991.
Gia' dai primi anni dell'adolescenza entra in contatto con la musica Techno
e Tech House grazie all'ambiente in cui cresce, quello Partenopeo,
e comincia ad apprendere le tecniche su come miscelarla.
All'eta' di 14 anni vuole condividere la sua passione con le persone circostanti
ed entra a far parte di un piccolo staff che lo vede protagonista in feste private.
Cresciuto in una famiglia umile, non avendo le possibilita' di comprare
l'attrezzatura necessaria per coltivare la sua passione, gli amici del suo
staff lasciano a sua disposizione un mixer,un paio di cuffie e due giradischi.
Cosi facendo due anni dopo, affiancato da amici dj di fama nazionale, si apre
la strada delle prime serate nei piccoli club campani, suonando in diversi party
in cui vi erano Dj famosi come Ela Gee, Missy Jay,Anna Stefani etc...
Successivamente lascia la sua terra e si trasferisce a Milano dove si esibisce diverse
volte nel famoso locale situato nei pressi del Duomo, chiamato Le Banque.
Qui si fa conoscere grazie a suoi set, e grazie alla sua spontaneita nel convoilgere il pubblico che lo ascolta, viene ingaggiato a suonare in alcuni after nel territorio
lombardo e laziale, per esempio dopo la festa con Francois K. di 12 ore
all'Ippodromo del Garigliano.
Inoltre a Milano conosce K.o.S., un famoso produttore degli anni 80 di musica elettronica
con cui attualmente collabora all'apertura della loro Web Radio e della propria etichetta.
