The anonymous Man Power is already one of Jennifer Cardini’s most prominent protege’s on the Correspondant label, with his first full length LP due to land on the hot new imprint in mid 2015. Other than Correspondant, 2014 has seen incredibly well received output from Man Power, notably including his “Flacid Trax” EP on John Talabot’s Hivern Discs, and his huge remix for Ess O Ess on Japan’s ENE Records. Man Power’s future includes forthcoming original music for labels including Voyuerrythm, Throne Of Blood, and Eskimo, as well as a packed DJing schedule in a year that has already seen performances at around the world at places including Fabric London, Piknik Elektronik, Unknown Festival, Festival No.6 and extensive touring in Europe, the US and Central America. Bearing a unique approach to production, his sound is self-described as “cinematic” and is reflected in both his musical output and his DJing, which both represent a wealth of different tempos and textures.
