JOE T VANNELLI DJ

Dj, remixer, records producer, one-night and club tour creator with his party Supalova, speaker and music selector with his radio show Slave To The Rhytm. In summer 2013 Supalova was scheduled in Formentera, every tuesday in July and August. Now Supalova is celebrated every week-end in Italy and broadcasted live on radio m2o. 

It’s impossibile not to think to Joe T. Vannelli, if you wanna think to a polyhedric and transversal dance artist. His house music is worldwide appreciated: several times his radio show Slave To The Rhythm is the most downloaded in Itunes library. From february 2011 STTR is broadcasted by radio m2o (the most important italian dance radio), every saturday from 7 to 8 pm. This spring STTR will celebrate its 450th episode. Now STTR (uk version) is broadcasted in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Sweden, Netherlands, Red Sea, Spain, Bulgaria, Argentina and Greek. 

Podcast house tracks are the same played by Jtv worldwide – he’s just performed in Brazil, Japan, United States, Arabian Emirates, Irland, Bulgaria, Egypt – and during his on nights, Supalova. Supalova is born in autumn 2000 and quickly become one of the most loved dance events, celebrated in special summer and new year events. 

His last album is named “Doctor House”, perfect “Who fucked the dj” - his first album - follow up. In 2012 he mixed Wally Lopez and Morillo featuring Skin new tune and brand new compilation “Supalova Ibiza” was out. In 2013 he remixed a lot of top artists, in 2014 Hot Since 82 and Joe T Vannelli featuring Csilla “The End” was Essential New Tune for Pete Tong. 

This is Joe T. Vannelli (or just a part of him!). We’ve to remember we’re talking about a very famous dj, very famous in Italy and abroad, djing on the best dancefloors, from New York to Los Angeles, from London to Paris, from Ibiza to Mikonos, Dubai, Tokio, Amsterdam, Oslo, Hamburg, Zurich, Sidney Melbourne, Santo Domingo, Dublin and many others. Unforgettable his gigs in parties such as Pacha, Ministry of Sound, Supper Club, Renaissance, Cream and many others. Excellent his last tour in Brazil, this year he’s playing in Ibiza, Madeira, Munchen, Dubai, Amsterdam, London, Dublin, Helsinki…  

With his recording labels e has remixed legends such as Masters At Work, Danny Tenaglia, David Guetta and Ginuwine ft. Timbaland & Miss Elliot. Top dj’s and top artists to be added to Giorgio Moroder, Bohannon, Thelma Houston, Space 2000, Bobby Brown, Mark Morrison, Eartha Kitt and produced Robert Miles, Spiller, Pink Coffee, Justine Mattera, Nina Moric, Csilla, Rockets, Kronos, Hotel Buena Vida. 

Anything else? His voice was used for tv and radio spot for Smart, Lotto, Fiat, he was testimonial for brands like Burn, Mtv, Camel Yahama (Yamaha), Axe, Robe di Kappa, Levi’s, World Dj Fund. He won 1999 Dj Awards in Pacha Ibiza for his contributes to the dijing industry. The first Italian dj to win Dj Awards.

Joe T Vannelli: House Forever


Dj, remixer, produttore, ideatore di one-night e tour in discoteca, conduttore radiofonico. Nonché autentico creatore della one-night Supalova, che si svolge sia d’estate che d’inverno nelle location più importanti, sia italiane che straniere. Due anni or sono ad Ibiza, lo scorso anno a Riccione e a Formentera. E da questa stagione ideatore di un nuovo concetto di discoteca: Beast Club, in scena con una serie di eventi speciali a Venezia.

Se nella dance si vuole identificare un personaggio poliedrico e trasversale per antonomasia, impossibile non pensare a Joe T Vannelli (www.joetvannelli.com) ed alla sua musica house ed al podcast del suo radio show “Slave To The Rhythm”, divenuto a più riprese il podcast italiano più scaricato in assoluto nella library di iTunes. Dal febbraio 2011 Sttr è tornato in radio, per la precisione su m2o, ogni sabato (dalle 7 alle 8 di sera). Sempre su m2o, ogni venerdì notte, Supalova va in diretta radiofonica dallo Shu di Milano. Sttr è altresì disponibile attraverso i più importanti social networks e diverse piattaforme musicali digitali, così come viene trasmesso da emittenti radiofoniche americane, europee ed africane. Sabato 17 maggio STTR ha raggiunto il prestigioso traguardo delle 450 puntate. 

La musica dei suoi podcast è la stessa che Jtv suona nelle sue serate in giro per il mondo – soltanto negli ultimi anni si è esibito in Brasile, Giappone, Australia, Stati Uniti, Gran Bretagna, Emirati Arabi, Messico, Irlanda, Bulgaria, Tunisia, Egitto, Germania, Austria e Spagna - e nella sua one-night Supalova, impostasi subito come one-night di assoluto riferimento nel panorama house mondiale. 

Non a caso parliamo di un dj famosissimo sia in Italia che all’estero, capace in questi anni di esibirsi nelle migliori dancefloors del pianeta, da New York a Los Angeles, da Londra a Parigi, da Ibiza a Mikonos, da Miami a Sidney, da Dubai a Tokio, senza dimenticare Amsterdam, Oslo, Amburgo e party del calibro di Ministry of Sound, Soap, Renaissance, Cream e tanti altri ancora. Proverbiali ad esempio sono state le sue tournèe in Australia, con tappe al Seven di Melbourne e al Tank di Sidney ed in Brasile, con il suo djset protagonista assoluto dell’ Itaipava Festival di San Paolo. Negli Stati Uniti suona al Wall di Miami ed al Marquèe di New York. 

Per quanto concerne le sue ultime novità discografiche, Vannelli è appena uscito con i suoi nuovi singoli, così come ha appena firmato le compilation “Supalova” e “Slave To The Rhythm”. Il suo ultimo album si intitola “Doctor House”, ideale seguito del suo primo album “Who fucked the dj?”. La scorsa estate è uscito il volume “Supalova Forever” della collana Supalova Compilation, che ha battuto ogni un record di categoria. Produzioni che si sono rivelate l’ ennesimo successo sia di critica che di pubblico. Tra le sue ultimissime novità, la sua traccia Hot Since 82 and Joe T Vannelli featuring Csilla “The End”, già Essential New Tune per Pete Tong ed il suo programma Essential Selection (Bbc Radio One) ed i remix per Cher.
